Maintenance Office

The maintenance office is located next to the Community Center and can be reached at (510) 642-3653. Please see the maintenance page for more information about maintenance problems.

Resident Assistant

The Resident Assistant (RA) is LaKisha Bradley and can be reached at (510) 867-9662. The RA can be of assistance with disputes between neighbors and with other concerns about your living situation and can assist you in lockouts. She is also in charge of organizing the Spring & Fall BBQ. If you call the Resident Assistant with a problem and she is not at home, leave a message and she should get back to you within 24 hours.

Packages

If the U.S. Postal Service is unable to deliver a package to your apartment, they will leave it at the Office and the Office Assistant will notify you to make arrangements for pick up. Carriers will often leave packages with a neighbor and it can be more convenient for you to make arrangements with a neighbor in your own building.

Household Equipment

The Maintenance office has one shampoo carpet cleaner that may be rented for $10/per day. For more information, contact the Office Assistant.

Heater Guards

If you need to cover the sharp edges of the heaters, the Office can provide the materials for you to apply.

Volleyball Set

A volleyball net and ball are available for residents to use. Contact the RA for access.
